Balance diet is defines as the right amount of food that is required for good health. It includes correct amount of carbohydrates, amino acids, fats and vitamins. The requirement of all these things change with age and mostly the aged people should know their body requirements in order to get fit and healthy. If a person walks a lot, do some exercise daily, take a balance diet and adapt a healthy lifestyle then his age is doubled and he doesn’t have any of the age-depending diseases like Diabetes Mellitus (sugar), High blood pressure and many others. We all should adopt healthy habits so we could excel in our life easily and it is also important for our mental health as we know:
‘’ A healthy body has a healthy mind’’
