I can now take exercise as I have vacated a room for this purpose. I have some dumbbells and two rods coupled with a bench.
Although the bench is some old one and may need some repairing but thatâ€™s not a great deal for me.
Winter season is about to set off and I think this is now perfect time to start exercising.
I want to improve my health by doing some hard exercise. I do need get some powerful muscles as it is the need of the hour to be perfects and strong.
So, I may start from this Monday.
You should start as soon as possible because it is common for us to say that we will do it tomorow or sometime later but that "tomorrow never comes" :D
