Hemoglobin is a molecule that carries oxygen from one place (cell) to other inside our body.

You can consider hemoglobin it to be a vehicle and oxygen as its passenger. Both travel together and reach every part of our body. They travel by blood. Blood plays a role of some road, river or canal for this vehicle.

If there is something wrong with this hemoglobin, oxygen will not reach every cell of our body and our body will face severe issues.

So, a normal hemoglobin level is vital for our health and it must be maintained at any cost.
