A character less girl in my institute

A girl joined our institute some days ago. I was not happy with her behavior as she was very rude.

At start I hesitated to admit her in the institute and I wanted to refuse but her father requested me to do so.

So, she is now in our institute but she is not interested in studies and just wants to kill time in some way.

She uses mobile phone in the institute whenever she finds a chance and talks with her boy friend.

I discussed the issue with her father and he did confirm it. So, I do not want to see the character less girl in my institute.
