Kayads Scam

Hello guys
Do any one use kayads.com
It is a ptc site where people see ads and get paid.Kayads were fantastic in the start but from 17 march it forum is not updated in post.Rumors are every where of not getting paid.First it was good giving instant payout but now it is done.Atleast that what it's condition is saying.Kayads have scam a lot of money because peoples ugrades for ultimate and many.Kayads is legal or scam.I think it is too soon to decide but let see what happen.If anyone has experience with kayads let me know.
