Fresh salads are very good for the health. We should try to eat more fresh fruits and salads. it does not mean that we should eat vegetables or fruits that have been refrigerated for days because it will cause more harm than good.

Try to eat season vegetables. Dates are good for any season and can be included in any salad.

Please eat salad during the day because eating salads late in the night could cause stomach ache.

Try to make the salad presentable so that kids will eat it without causing trouble.

Drinking a glass of oats is also good and will help be healthy.

Whatever you eat, make sure never to over eat as it could cause sugar level to rise up. So, eat regular intervals and avoid too much snacks and sodas. Eating from roadside stalls foods that are made from the same oil is indeed very bad.
